Sec. 424.002. PAYMENT FRAUD FUSION CENTER ESTABLISHED. (a) Law enforcement agencies or other governmental agencies designated by the attorney general may collaborate with the attorney general to establish a payment fraud fusion center.
(b) The attorney general shall establish the center in the City of Tyler.
