Sec. 103.022. MISCELLANEOUS FEES AND COSTS: BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS CODE. A reasonable appraiser's fee shall be paid or collected as court costs under Section 10.365, Business Organizations Code, for determining the fair value of ownership interests of owners who have perfected their rights.
