Sec. 101.121. COUNTY COURT FEES AND COSTS: ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CODE. The clerk of a county court shall collect a fee of $25 under Section 61.31, Alcoholic Beverage Code, for hearing on application for a license to manufacture, distribute, store, or sell beer.
