Sec. 1158.651. GENERAL PROHIBITION ON PURCHASE. Except as otherwise provided by Section 1158.652 or 1158.653, the guardian of the estate of a ward may not purchase, directly or indirectly, any estate property sold by the guardian or any co-representative of the guardian.
