Sec. 49.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Local revenue level in excess of entitlement" means local revenue levels that exceed the levels provided by Section 48.257.

(2) "Weighted average daily attendance" has the meaning assigned by Section 48.202.
