Sec. 39.059. DATA TRANSPARENCY. Before the initial release of academic accountability ratings for a school year, the agency shall provide to each school district a copy of all source data as submitted to the agency by an entity other than the district that the agency considers in:

(1) determining the district's accreditation status under Section 39.052; or

(2) assigning performance ratings for the district or the district's campuses under Section 39.054.
