Sec. 11.47. DENIAL OF PERMIT: INTEREST IN BEER ESTABLISHMENT. The commission may deny an application for an original or renewal permit if it has reasonable grounds to believe and finds that the applicant or a person with whom the applicant is residentially domiciled has a financial interest in a permit or license authorizing the sale of beer at retail, except as is authorized by Section 22.06, 24.05, or 102.05. This section does not apply to an applicant for a permit which authorizes the sale of mixed beverages.
