58-22-35. Bail bondsperson or runner acting as attorney prohibited--Misdemeanor. No bail bondsperson or runner may participate in the capacity of an attorney at a trial or hearing of one on whose bond such bail bondsperson or runner is surety. Violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
