49-34A-112. Interim legislative committee to study issues related to electric services in annexed area. There is hereby established an interim legislative committee comprised of a total of nine legislators, consisting of legislators from both the House of Representatives and the Senate, with no more than five members from either chamber, to be selected by the Executive Board. The interim committee shall hold at least four hearings at locations of the committee's choosing. (This section is repealed effective July 1, 2020 pursuant to SL 2019, ch 19, § 5.)
