48-7A-1004. Eligibility to practice in limited liability partnership. Any person registered, certified, or licensed pursuant to chapter 16-16, 36-4, 36-4A, 36-5, 36-6A, 36-7, 36-8, 36-9, 36-9A, 36-10, 36-12, or 36-20B may practice in a limited liability partnership.
