41-14-12. Sale, purchase, or barter of meat, organs, or paws of big game animal as misdemeanor. It is a Class 1 misdemeanor to purchase, barter, or sell the meat, internal organs, or paws of any big game animal. However, any paws attached to the skin of a big game animal are not subject to the provisions of this section.
