38-1-1.1. Department continued--Performance of functions. The Department of Agriculture shall continue as such and shall continue to perform its functions as provided in § 1-41-4, except for the inspection functions vested in the Department of Public Safety by §§ 34-39-3.1 and 39-1-1.1.
