35-2-12. Investigation on information of violation--Institution of revocation or suspension proceedings. If the secretary receives information of a violation by any licensee of any provision of this title, the secretary shall investigate the alleged violation. If there is substantial evidence to support that a violation of any provision of this title has occurred, the secretary shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of §§ 35-2-10, 35-20-10.1, and 35-2-21.
