33A-5-11. State veterans cemetery operating fund. There is hereby created in the state treasury the South Dakota State Veterans Cemetery operating fund, into which shall be deposited disbursements from the endowment fund created in § 33A-5-12, and revenues generated by the South Dakota State Veterans Cemetery.
