§ 33-10-84 Qualifications of counsel.

33-10-84. Qualifications of counsel. Except as provided in § 33-10-85, trial counsel or defense counsel detailed for a general or special court-martial shall be:

(1) A judge advocate as defined in § 33-10-20; and

(2) In the case of trial counsel, a member in good standing of the bar of the highest court of the state where the court-martial is held.Source: SL 2012, ch 175, § 65.
