3-12C-208. Meetings of board--Chair and vice chair--Votes required for decision. The board shall meet at least twice each year, and shall adopt its own rules of procedure. A majority of trustees constitutes a quorum. At the first meeting of each fiscal year the board shall elect from the board's membership a chair and a vice chair. At least eight concurrent votes and a majority of the members present are required for a decision by the board for any of its meetings.
