3-12C-1642. Transfer of funds in cement plan retirement fund. Upon receipt of the appropriation pursuant to SL 2014, ch 21, § 1, the state treasurer shall transfer the balance of the funds of the cement plant retirement fund to the South Dakota Retirement System trust fund.
