25-7A-31. Order for withholding--Contents. The order for withholding shall direct any payor to withhold:
(1) An amount equal to the order for support; and
(2) An additional amount not less than ten percent of the order for support, until payment in full of any delinquency.Source: SL 1986, ch 218, § 30.
