23-7-8.13. Grace period for renewal of permit. Upon the expiration of a permit to carry a concealed pistol that was issued pursuant to this chapter, the permit holder has a sixty-day grace period to renew the permit. During the grace period, the permit holder may continue to carry a concealed pistol.
