(B) The precinct lines defining the precincts in subsection (A) are as shown on maps filed with the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Greenville County as provided and maintained by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-45-09.

(C) The polling places for the precincts provided in subsection (A) must be established by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Greenville County with the approval of a majority of the members of the Greenville County Legislative Delegation.
