Former Section 52-9-20, which was derived from 1962 Code Section 5-402; 1952 Code Section 5-402; 1942 Code Section 1505; 1935 (39) 149, provided a penalty for violations of former Section 52-9-10, regulating marathon dance, walkathon, and similar physical endurance contests.
