As used in this chapter:
(1) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
(2) "Division" means the Land, Water, and Conservation Division of the Department of Natural Resources.
(3) "Director" means the administrative head of the department appointed by the board.

Effect of Amendment
2019 Act No. 74, Section 1.A, in (2), substituted "the Land, Water, and Conservation Division" for "Land Resources and Conservation Districts Division".
