§ 7-6-95. Penalties imposed upon directors and officers. Each director and officer of a domestic or foreign corporation who fails or refuses within the time prescribed by this chapter to answer truthfully and fully interrogatories propounded to the director or officer by the secretary of state in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or who signs any articles, statement, report, application, or other document filed with the secretary of state that is known to the director or officer to be false in any material respect, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction may be fined in any amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500).
