§ 46-15.1-5.1. Powers in support of the Rhode Island rivers council. Upon the request of the Rhode Island rivers council, the board may exercise any powers set forth in § 46-15.1-5 on behalf of the Rhode Island rivers council in order to accomplish the purposes of the council.
