§ 45-32-43. Work to be done by contract. All work of grading, clearing, demolition, improvement, repair, or construction of a value of more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) undertaken by the agency, shall be done by contract, subject to the terms and conditions of §§ 37-13-1 - 37-13-13 and additions and amendments to them.
