§ 45-24.6-11. Severability. If any one or more sections, clauses, sentences, or parts of this chapter are for any reason adjudged unconstitutional or invalid in any court, the judgment does not affect, impair, or invalidate the remaining provisions of this chapter, but are confined in its operation to the specific provisions so held unconstitutional or invalid, and the inapplicability or invalidity of any section, clause, or provision of this chapter in any one or more instances or circumstances shall not be taken to affect or prejudice in any way its applicability or validity in any other instance.
