§ 45-24.4-15. Concurrent jurisdiction of zoning board of review. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to restrict, amend, repeal, or otherwise supersede the jurisdiction of the city zoning board of review over any area designated a special development district pursuant to this chapter.
