§ 45-13-11.1. Excuse, avoidance or suspension of reimbursement requirements. The provisions of §§ 45-13-6 - 45-13-10 of this chapter may be excused, avoided or suspended only by law enacted by the affirmative vote of three-fifths (3/5) of the full membership of each house of the general assembly.
