§ 43-3-31. Severability. If any clause, section, paragraph, or other part of §§ 43-3-28, 43-3-29, and 43-3-30 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall for any reason be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of the sections or their application to other persons or circumstances.
