§ 42-62-19. Implementation of chapter. The governor may delay the implementation of any provision of this chapter for one year after the governor makes a finding to be reported to the first subsequent session of the general assembly that a provision of this chapter has been found to be unconstitutional or has been superseded or modified by an act of the United States.
