§ 42-55-15. Issuance of refunding obligations. The corporation may provide for the issuance of refunding obligations for the purpose of refunding any obligations then outstanding which have been issued under the provisions of this chapter, including the payment of any redemption premium and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date of redemption of those obligations and for any corporate purpose of the corporation. The issuance of those obligations, the maturities and other details, the rights of the holders, and the rights, duties, and obligations of the corporation in respect of the refunding obligations shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter which relate to the issuance of obligations, insofar as those provisions may be appropriate.
