§ 42-137-7. Grants, appropriations, and gifts. The select commission shall be empowered to apply for any grants, appropriations, or gifts from any federal, state, or local agency, private foundation, or individual. Any grants, appropriations or gifts shall be deposited in the general fund and subject to the appropriation process.
