§ 41-3-7. Rebate of license fees. If by any reason or cause beyond the control of and through no fault or neglect of any licensee and while the licensee is not in default, it should become impossible or impracticable to conduct horse racing upon any day or days licensed by the division of racing and athletics, at the request of the licensee and upon sworn statements, submitted in writing by the licensee, the division may rebate all or part of the license fee.
