§ 40-8.8-2. Program for all-inclusive care for the elderly. The department of human services is hereby authorized to elect a program for all-inclusive care for the elderly program as an optional Medicaid benefit, pursuant to § 1905(a)(26) of the Social Security Act [42 U.S.C. § 1396d(a)(26)], as added by § 4802(a)(1) of the Balanced Budget Act of 1997.
