§ 39-26.6-13. Cost reconciliation. To the extent the electric-distribution company incurs incremental costs to meet the program objectives or make billing system improvements that are required to facilitate payments of performance-based incentives and administering net metering, the electric-distribution company may elect to recover those incremental costs through the annual charge set forth in § 39-26.6-25, subject to commission review and approval that assures such costs were properly and prudently incurred.
