§ 39-26.6-11. Power purchase agreements not required. The distributed generation growth program shall be implemented and administered exclusively through the tariff structure and procedures set forth in this chapter, and the electric-distribution company shall not be required to execute power purchase agreements for the procurement of the renewable energy distributed-generation capacity requirements set forth in this chapter.
