§ 39-2-21. Residential condominiums and associations - Charges for services, residential rates. Public utilities distributing electricity or providing telephone service, heat, or water, produced, transmitted, delivered, or furnished shall charge residential condominium occupants or residential condominium associations for such distribution service, heat, water or telephone service at a residential rate and not a business, commercial or any other rate.
