§ 36-7-5. Civilian employees of national guard. The benefits of this chapter are also extended to civilian employees of the Rhode Island national guard who are employed pursuant to § 90 of the National Defense Act of June 3, 1916, 32 U.S.C. § 709, and paid from funds allotted by the department of defense.
