§ 36-7-34. Positions covered by more than one system. No provision of this chapter shall prevent coverage under the Social Security Act in accordance with § 218(d)(8), 42 U.S.C. § 418(d)(8), of the act of services of individuals in positions covered by more than one retirement system.
