§ 36-12-2.5. Health insurance benefits - Coverage of former spouse. Commencing January 1, 2014, a state employee's family health plan shall not provide coverage to a former spouse unless the former spouse was covered by said plan in accordance with § 27-20.4-1 as of December 31, 2013.
