§ 35-4-13. Federal reduction relief fund - Appropriations for essential state services. An amount not to exceed seven million dollars ($7,000,000) shall be used to fund state appropriations in order to maintain essential state services that would otherwise be diminished or eliminated by reductions in federal funding for these services for any federal fiscal year.
