§ 34-49-4. Priority. Prior recorded liens, mortgages, and other encumbrances shall have priority over a real estate broker's lien. Such prior recorded liens, mortgages, and encumbrances shall include, without limitation, a mechanic's lien claim that is recorded prior to the real estate broker's notice of lien.
