§ 34-46-7. Rental agreements - Notice of this chapter. All rental agreements which are subject to this chapter shall contain clear and conspicuous language as follows: "BEWARE - THE VESSEL AND ITS CONTENTS MAY BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION FOR FAILURE TO PAY STORAGE CHARGES."
