§ 33-16-33. Applicability of chapter to guardians appointed under other law. The provisions of this chapter relating to surety bonds and the administration of estates of wards shall apply to all "income" and "estate" as defined in § 33-16-2, whether the guardian shall have been appointed under this chapter or under any other law of this state, special or general, prior or subsequent to the enactment of this chapter.
