§ 33-11-34. Interest on claims against insolvent estate. In insolvent estate cases, the probate court shall allow interest to the death of the testator or intestate on claims drawing interest, and on claims not due at the death of the testator or intestate he or she shall ascertain their value as of the date of the death of the decedent.
