§ 30-15-21. Penalties. Any person violating any provisions of this chapter or any rule, order, or regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both.
