§ 3-7-7.7. Class B license - Smithfield. Notwithstanding the provisions to the contrary of § 3-7-7 or any other statute, rule, or regulation, the Smithfield town council and/or the Smithfield licensing board may issue a Class B tavern license for the premises shown on the maps of the tax assessor of the town of Smithfield as Lot 7 on Plat 17.
