§ 16-32-11. Power to guarantee loans. [Effective until February 1, 2020.] The board of governors for higher education is authorized and empowered to carry out the provisions of §§ 16-32-12 through 16-32-14 in regard to the guaranty of loans made to societies and students at the university.
