§ 12-1.5-7. Scope and applicability. [Contingent amendment; see other version.] For law enforcement purposes, this chapter is applicable to adult persons arrested for crimes of violence as defined in § 12-1.5-2 and/or convicted of any felony as defined in this chapter.
