§ 11-9-13.5. Responsibility for tobacco or health issues. The Rhode Island department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities and hospitals shall develop, monitor and aggressively enforce health rules and regulations pertaining to stopping the illegal sale of tobacco products to children.
